The month of October has flown by and I’m sorry I haven’t sent out information for the November meet.  

The JBQ Meet will be Saturday, November 4th at Crystal Hill Assembly of God from 9:00 to 12:00.  (6722 Mountain Pine Road).  The church is not large enough for all the teams but we are going to do our best to make it work.  There will be rooms in each division with one table so the quizzers will be facing each other.  Please be aware that a lot of the rooms we will be using are upstairs and they are not handicap accessible. 

The 30 point question for a candy bar is question # 487.  QQ.  Why should we study the Bible?  2 Timothy 2:15  Don’t forget that all the adults who quote it will get their name in a drawing for a gift card. 

I need the following information no later than Sunday, October 29th so the meet can be planned and organized.

How many teams do you plan to have in each division? 

2nd & Under

3rd & 4th Grade

5th & 6th Grade

Approximately how many people will be coming to the meet from your church?

Because we are trying something new with the Judges traveling from room to room with the teams I only need you to give me one official per team and whether they want to be a quizmaster or a scorekeeper.  Then you will need one person per team to be a judge and travel with the team.

Names of your officials, which division they prefer, and which position (QM or SK)

(example:  Cylilnda Spoon, 2nd and Under, QM)

The December meet is going to be at Benton First.  They do not have a team but are going to let us use their building for the JBQ meet.  We need one or two churches who are not large enough to host this year to provide snacks for the meet.  Also if you can help set up the church Friday afternoon or help clean up Saturday after the meet let me know.
